Scheduling your Spa Experience

Prepayment/ Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time will be reserved just for you.  All packages require Prepayment or a Gift Certificate number BEFORE booking.  We ask that you provide a 48 hour cancellation notice on Spa Packages to allow us time to rebook the opening.  To avoid a 100% fee, give us a 24 hour Cancellation Notice.

We welcome all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Check-in

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your first appointment to check-in, fill out paperwork and change.  As a courtesy to the next scheduled client, your treatment will end on time regardless of when your service begins.

What to Wear

Swimsuits are suitable for spa services that include Body Treatments although disposable spa apparel is available. For Massage Therapy, you are always covered with a sheet and blanket, so you may wear whatever undergarments you feel most comfortable, or you may choose to wear nothing at all.

We suggest that you do not shave your legs prior to any body treatments. To avoid possible irritation, please do not schedule waxing and body treatments on the same day.

Pricing

Our pricing may vary among our service providers according to their training and experience.  Please have your Service Provider quote the price of your services before they begin.  Spa Package pricing remains the same.

Children & Cell Phones

To preserve the spa's tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you leave your cell phones turned off and please arrange childcare prior to coming to the spa.
